To view the information of the cases in which you are a party to the proceedings:

listen to the audio records of the court hearings;

familiarize with the court processes;

form and deliver the procedural documents to the court:

fill in the documents according to the prepared forms;

receive notices about the admission of the documents, the discovered errors, the hearings of the case;

pay:

the stamp-duty;

fines imposed by the court;

ordered costs of litigation to the State.

EASIER, CHEAPER, QUICKER

You will deliver documents to the court via internet using the prepared forms of the documents.

You will be able to fill in the forms of the documents directly in the electronic space or to print, fill in by hand and scan.

You will save up the expenses you experienced when you carried the documents to the court or by posting them.

The document delivered by internet will have the same legal power as the document signed by the person and delivered in the routine manner.

You will receive the information about the events of the court procedure by notices in the portal and e-mails.

YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO GO TO THE COURT in order to:

acquaint with the trial and material;

deliver the court procedural documents;

deliver the documents confirming the payments;
